In this area, we represent many different types of industry players, such as service, content and equipment providers, as well as infrastructure manufacturers and wireless operators. The firm also is often involved in communications market oversight, participating on behalf of clients in legislative and regulatory initiatives and proceedings, as well as negotiating with the Ministry of Communications.
We experience these industries. For example, we act in refinance arrangements and we assist banks and debtors in receivership and liquidation matters. We counsel in secured transactions, provision of credit facilities, loan participations, leveraged buy-outs, work-outs and the like.
