Yaron Lipshes focuses his practice on white collar defense and other types of government enforcement litigation, as well as on internal corporate investigations.  Mr. Lipshes advises individuals and companies in connection with prosecutorial investigations and court proceedings.  Mr. Lipshes has counseled defendants on many of Israel’s highest profile corruption, fraud and securities law violation cases.

Prior to joining Caspi & Co., Mr. Lipshes was a deputy to the Tel Aviv District Attorney (Taxation & Economics) and was the Legal Advisor to the Investigations Department of the Israel Securities Authority.
