Yaron Kochman specializes in diversified and complex civil and commercial litigation cases, including alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The legal disputes he has addressed include class actions, shareholder and derivative actions – the subject matters with which he is familiar include real estate, insurance, administrative law and labor law. Mr. Kochman regularly appears before various legal institutions, such as courts, arbitrators, mediators and regulators.

Mr. Kochman also has acted as a legal counsel to Israel’s largest bus transportation company and in that capacity he has advised on a variety of transportation issues, including industry-specific contracts, tenders and commercial transactions.
