Yair Oliel joined the firm as a lawyer in 2021. His work focuses on various aspects of real estate, including sale and purchase of land, complicated lease agreements combination agreements, urban renewal and more. Mr. Oliel also advises entrepreneurs and private clients – from the acquisition and planning stage, through the development phase to the construction and registration phase of investments. In addition, he advises on various real estate projects and transactions.
