Biography

Shahar Milchan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, tenders, BOT, joint ventures, competition, as well on general corporate and commercial matters.  Mr. Milchan is well experienced in international transactions, transportation matters and medical device companies and he has been involved in the restructuring of large corporations and conglomerates in Israel. Mr. Milchan also represents high net worth individuals in investment transactions.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Milchan was an attorney with the Federal Trade Commission office in New York City, where he gained expertise on complex antitrust matters, including price fixing arrangements and merger review analysis.

Alongside his corporate and commercial work, Mr. Milchan also counsels clients on international dispute resolutions, including under ICC, LCIA and Swiss Arbitration Centre rules.
