Geva Haviv focuses his practice on real estate transactions and property development, as well as related litigation. Mr. Haviv counsels a number of Israeli building contractors on the legal aspects of the planning, construction and marketing of large-scale residential projects and of commercial developments, such as shopping centers and office buildings. He also advises on hotel property development and on the sale and purchase of real estate holdings and counsels on various property-related contracts, such as financings and third party services agreements, including architectural service, project manager and contractor agreements. Mr. Haviv has been involved in some of Israel’s most significant infrastructure and property development endeavors. Additionally, Mr. Haviv appears in court in connection with matters arising from his real estate and property development work and has litigated in all levels of the Israeli court system.
