Gad Ticho manages the firm’s civil litigation department. Mr. Ticho focuses his practice on domestic and international commercial disputes, class actions and product liability.
Mr. Ticho is an experienced litigator and counsels a wide range of individuals, companies and cooperative societies. He is experienced in motion practice, trial work and arbitrations. Mr. Ticho also has conducted numerous internal corporate investigations and has assisted in the development of compliance programs. Issues which Mr. Ticho has litigated include commercial, intellectual property, banking and finance, contracts, real estate and many others. Mr. Ticho also is active in insolvency matters, often acting as a receiver or liquidator.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Ticho was an instructor in jurisprudence at the Tel Aviv University Law School.
