Avital Weiss-Markuza joined the firm as a stagiere in 2011 and as an attorney in 2012. Ms. Weiss-Markuza practices in the firm’s international department. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, on transactions and on mergers andacquisitions. She also advises on executive compensation issues, commonly counseling employers on employment agreements and incentives, and foreign universities on matters of higher education law.
